How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the order value. The following shipping conditions apply within Germany:

  • Orders under 50 € : Shipping costs of 4.99 €.
  • Orders from 50.00€ to 74.99€ : Shipping costs of 3.99€.
  • Orders over €75.00 : Free shipping.

Shipping costs for orders within the European Union depend on the order value:

  • Orders up to 75,00 € : 12,99 € shipping costs
  • Orders from 75.00 € to 150.00 € : 7.99 € shipping costs
  • Orders from 150.00 € to 250.00 € : 3.99 € shipping costs
  • Orders over €250.00 : Free shipping

The following shipping conditions apply to orders to Switzerland:

  • Orders up to 75,00 € : 25,99 € shipping costs

How long does shipping take?

Delivery is typically 2–3 business days. In exceptional cases, such as high order volumes or unforeseeable delays, shipping may take up to 7 business days. We ask for your understanding and patience should it take longer.

When will I be informed about the shipment?

After you place your order, we'll send you an email with a tracking number within a few days so you can track your package at any time. Orders placed by 12 noon Monday through Thursday are usually shipped the next business day. Orders placed after Friday will be shipped on Monday.

I want a different size or color!

No problem! Please let us know by email within 14 days of receiving the goods what changes (size or color) you would like to make. If the goods have not yet been shipped, we will try to accommodate your requests immediately.

Can I return the goods and get my refund?

Yes, you can return the goods within 14 days of receiving your order. You will be refunded using the original payment method. Please note that processing may take up to 10 days after we receive the return.

Why hasn't my order status changed yet?
