Get a wig on prescription in just 3 easy steps

Step 1: Select up to 3 wigs

Take your time to select up to three wig styles from our diverse range. Order them conveniently with a prescription. Within a few days, we'll deliver your selected wigs directly to your home via our reliable shipping partner DHL.

Step 2: Submit the health insurance prescription

Once you've made your decision, please send us the original, signed prescription along with the wigs you're returning. Please note that we cannot accept copies of the prescription, as they are not recognized by health insurance companies. Please ensure that you personally sign the back of the prescription.

Step 3: Billing with your health insurance company

As soon as we receive your prescription for the wigs or hairpieces you ordered, we will immediately contact your insurance company and take care of the billing. If the price of your selected wigs or hairpieces exceeds the approved cost of your insurance company, you will receive a separate invoice for the difference by mail.

With this system, you don't have to pay anything upfront when purchasing your wig. Of course, you also have the option of billing your health insurance company personally. In this case, however, you would initially have to cover the costs yourself until the insurance company reimburses you for the hair replacement in the form of wigs and hairpieces.
