MultiSafepay Payments is our all-in-one solution for the following payment methods:

• SEPA Bank Transfer: Simple bank transfer without registration within the SEPA area.

• Giropay: Direct real-time payment via your online banking.

• Sofort: PIN/TAN-based online banking with immediate payment confirmation.

Paying with PayPal offers you a fast, secure, and convenient way to make your purchase. During the order process, you will be redirected to the PayPal website. To pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must have a PayPal account or register there. After authenticating with your access data, you confirm the payment instruction to us. After the order is completed, PayPal will be asked to initiate the payment transaction.

You can conveniently pay by bank transfer within 14 days of receiving the goods. We will send you the invoice with the delivery. This way, you always have an overview and can calmly check everything before you pay.

For prescription orders, we will bill your health insurance directly. The goods will be shipped to you after the prescription has been verified – without any prepayment.
