Delivery Time

All orders in our Nogi Beauty Shop are usually dispatched within 48 hours of order placement and successful payment. After processing and leaving our warehouse, items typically take between 2 and 4 business days to reach their destination. However, occasional delays may occur. Therefore, we ask you to allow up to 7 business days for delivery to your address.

Please note that for deliveries to countries outside the EU, such as Switzerland, additional customs duties and import taxes may apply, which are not included in the purchase price.

Conditions for Deliveries to Switzerland

We do not refund German VAT. Please note that in the event of a return, the associated return shipping costs must be borne by you. For justified complaints, we will cover the portion of the return shipping costs that exceeds the German return shipping costs.
