How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs depend on the total value of your order. For deliveries within Germany, the following shipping conditions apply:

Orders under €50: Shipping costs are €4.99.Orders from €50.00 to €74.99: Shipping costs are €3.99.Orders from €75.00: Shipping is free for these orders.

For orders within the European Union, shipping costs also depend on the order value:

Orders up to €75.00: Shipping costs are €12.99.Orders from €75.00 to €150.00: Shipping costs are €7.99.Orders from €150.00 to €250.00: In this case, shipping costs are €3.99.Orders from €250.00: These orders enjoy free shipping.

For orders to Switzerland, the following shipping conditions apply:

Orders up to €75.00: Shipping costs are €25.99.Orders from €75.00 to €150.00: Shipping costs amount to €19.99.Orders from €150.00 to €250.00: Shipping costs are €10.99.Orders from €250.00 to €350.00: In this case, only €4.99 will be charged.Orders from €350.00: Shipping is also free here.

How long does shipping take?

The usual delivery time is generally 2–3 business days. In exceptional cases, such as high order volumes or unforeseen delays, shipping may take up to 7 business days. We ask for your understanding and a little patience if it takes longer.

Why has my order status not changed yet?

It is possible that certain items first need to be delivered to us by our suppliers before they can be shipped to you. This can slightly delay the process. If this is the case, we will inform you immediately.

Can I trust your store?

Yes, you can absolutely trust our Nogi Beauty Shop! We are officially registered with Trusted Shops and meet their strict criteria for safety and quality. You can be sure that your purchases with us are in the best hands. Your satisfaction is our top priority.

Why is the payment process not working?

A problem with the payment process can have several causes, including technical difficulties or a declined payment method. Please try using an alternative payment method or repeat the payment process. If the problem persists, you can reach us at info@nogibeautyshop.de – we are happy to help you!

My goods have not arrived!

We ask for your understanding that shipping may take longer than expected in some cases. Within Germany, delivery can take up to 7 business days, while international orders may take up to 10 business days. Reasons for this could be weather-related difficulties, customs delays, or backlogs in parcel processing. If you have not received your goods after these deadlines, please contact us so we can assist you.

Can I return the goods and get my refund?

Yes, you have the option to return the goods within 14 days of receiving your order. The refund will be made using the original payment method. Please note that processing your return may take up to 10 days after it has been received at our warehouse.

I would like a different size or color!

No problem! Please inform us by email within the 14-day return period after receiving the goods which changes (size or color) you would like to make. If the goods have not yet been shipped, we will endeavor to fulfill your wishes immediately.

When will I be informed about the shipment?

After completing your order, you will receive an email with a tracking number shortly, so you can track your package at any time. Orders placed Monday to Thursday until 12 PM are usually shipped on the following business day. Orders placed on Friday will be shipped on Monday.
