All orders are usually dispatched within 48 hours of order placement and payment. After being processed and leaving the warehouse, items usually take between 2 and 4 business days to arrive at their destination, but may take longer from time to time. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery to your address.

Please note that deliveries to countries outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland) may incur additional customs and import taxes.

CONDITIONS FOR DELIVERIES IN SWITZERLAND

We do not reimburse German sales tax. Please note that in the event of a return, you must bear the return costs yourself. In the case of justified complaints, you will bear the part of the return costs that exceeds the German return costs.

You have 14 days to revoke the contract without giving a reason. The period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier received the goods.
